All-India Shipping (Pan-India Delivery)

We deliver to customers across India. Our nationwide orders are processed and dispatched quickly:

  • Order Processing: We prepare and ship your order within 1 business day of purchase. (Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.)

  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas or during peak seasons (festivals, holidays) may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery to every corner of India. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

  • Delivery Window: We deliver within Mumbai between 9 AM and 9 PM on the selected date. While we cannot guarantee an exact time slot, we promise to reach you as soon as possible within this window.

Mumbai deliveries are handled with special care to ensure freshness and quality. If you have any specific delivery instructions (like an intercom code or nearby landmark), please include them in your order to help our delivery team.

Delivery Timings

  • We deliver between 9 AM and 9 PM on the date you select at checkout.

  • We do not guarantee a specific delivery time, but we always strive to deliver earlier rather than later.

  • Deliveries are not scheduled on major public holidays, which may affect shipping schedules.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery executive is unable to reach you at the delivery address:

  • Re-Attempts: We will attempt to re-deliver your order within 24 hours of the missed delivery.

  • Additional Charges: An extra delivery fee may apply for each re-attempt.

  • Customer Communication: We recommend providing any special access codes, directions, or contact details to facilitate the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled and refunded (minus any shipping fees), and the package will be returned to us.
