Because our products are organic and perishable, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the product and your order details to our customer care team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Once we receive the necessary information, our team will work with Quality Control and our shipping partner to address the issue and determine the best solution.
Refund Timeline:
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.
