These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dharanija website (dharanija.com) and related services. They also apply to any purchases of Dharanija products through our official channels.
If you buy Dharanija products via third-party platforms (for example, Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit), those purchases are subject to the platform’s own terms in addition to these Terms.

By using our website and services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly. You must not engage in any illegal or harmful activities on the site.
You must be of legal age (typically 18 years or older in India) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By placing an order or using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on our site are provided for your convenience. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information (including prices and descriptions) is error-free. Products and prices may change or be discontinued without notice.
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or refuse/cancel orders in case of stock issues or mistakes.
Personal Use Only. All Dharanija products are sold for your personal or household use. The resale or commercial redistribution of our products is strictly prohibited. By purchasing Dharanija products, you agree that they are not for resale but for your own use

Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted and processed only when we receive full payment. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including payment failure, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud
Payment Methods: Payments must be made through our website’s authorized payment channels (e.g. Shopify checkout gateway, UPI, debit/credit cards). We use secure, third-party payment processors to protect your information. Unauthorized use of payment methods is prohibited.
Pricing & Taxes: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Unless otherwise stated, prices include all applicable taxes Any additional fees (such as shipping) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping: We offer shipping according to the options shown at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules or external factors. Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for details on delivery timelines and charges.
Returns & Refunds: We stand by our product quality and aim for your satisfaction. Details on returns, refunds, and exchanges are provided in our dedicated Returns & Refunds Policy. In general, you may return defective or incorrect items within the time frame and conditions specified therein. We comply with Indian e-commerce regulations that require clear return and refund terms.
Any refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable taxes or shipping fees as per our Refund Policy.

Recurring Orders: If you subscribe to a Dharanija product, you agree to recurring billing at the agreed frequency (e.g. monthly). Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel it.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive products until the end of the current paid period.
No Refunds Mid-Cycle: Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle. Refunds or credits are not provided for partially used subscription periods.

Your Submissions: You may post reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content on our website or social media. By submitting such content, you grant Dharanija a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submission for promotional purposes (for example, on our site, social media, or marketing materials).
Content Standards: All user submissions must be lawful, original, and non-infringing. You warrant that your content does not violate any third party’s rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.) and is not defamatory, abusive, obscene, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

Ownership: All content on the Dharanija website—including text, graphics, logos, designs, images and other materials—is the intellectual property of Dharanija (or our licensors). This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dharanija (and its affiliates, officers, and employees) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that you use the site and purchase products at your own risk. We provide the website and all products “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the products in questionIndemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Dharanija reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will post the revised Terms on this page.
